Our charges

Our courses cost £1095 + VAT a day for up to 12 people. This includes course materials and preparation time. If you want a number of training days we will be pleased to discuss a discount with you. If you have more than 12 people, the extra charge is £85 + VAT a head up to a limit of 15.

Travel and accommodation

When our trainer has to travel to your site, or to a hotel venue, we will charge travel expenses - usually for standard-class rail travel and any necessary taxis. If we need an overnight stay, we will ask you if you would like to book the hotel accommodation and pay the account. If this is not possible, our trainer will pay the account and we will invoice you.

Booking a course

Please ring us on 0114 257 1400 to talk about available dates, or email us with some details and we will get back to you.

Payment

We will usually send you an invoice after the course has run. If you want us to invoice you beforehand please let us know.

Cancellation charges

We realise that your plans may change suddenly, and for reasons beyond your control. So we try to be reasonable about cancellation charges. If you cancel a course, but book a replacement date which is within 90 days of the cancelled date, we will not charge a cancellation fee. Otherwise, our cancellation charges are:

• course cancelled 30 days or more before the course date: no charge
• course cancelled less than 30 days before the course date: 25% of the course fee
• course cancelled less than 21 days before the course date: 50% of the course fee
• course cancelled less than 14 days before the course date: 75% of the course fee
• course cancelled less than 7 days before the course date: 100% of the course fee.

If you book and cancel a series of dates that run consecutively, we will use the first of those dates to work out the cancellation charge.
