The same memo - after plain English

When you hear the fire alarm:

leave the building at once
do not stop to collect personal belongings
and
follow the directions the floor wardens give you.

Do not go back into the building until you hear the 'all clear'.

Notice how the 'list' format makes it easier to spot the actions you must take. Also the message is now in a more logical order, with the instructions for getting out of the building all together at the beginning. The instruction about not going back into the building is now at the end.
