An office memo - before plain English

This is part of a memo reminding staff about fire procedures

Upon the actuation of the fire alarm, the evacuation of the building should take place immediately. Return into the building is forbidden until the sounding of the 'all clear'. Staff should not stop to collect personal belongings, and should obey the directions of the floor wardens.
