If you are using Internet Explorer (IE) you may find that the ‘information bar’ appears above the browser window when the order form loads. The information bar message will tell you that IE has “restricted this file from showing active content that may access your computer”.
The reason you may get this message is that the form uses a simple JavaScript calculator to work out your order total. This script is absolutely harmless and you can allow it to run. It does not install any files or ‘cookies’ on your computer and it does not interfere with your privacy in any way.
You need to tell IE that it is ok to allow the restricted or blocked content. Right click on the information bar, and left click the option ‘allow blocked content’. Finally, click ‘yes’ in the dialogue box that appears.
If you prefer not to allow the blocked content that's fine. We'll just work the price out at this end when we receive your order. If you are going to print the form off and fax or post it to us, please total up the form yourself.
